Why can men be so stupid?

Sometimes I don't understand what men are thinking.
I read Men are from Mars and Woman are from Venus... and I consider it a great book!
I've changed on how I see a relationship because of it.. but sometimes
reality is harder than pages of words on a book.

Woman tend to prefer men to "read their mind",
which to men is a very hard task to do.
(Mind you, woman has this gift of reading other woman's mind quite easily).
I, as a follower of the Men & Venus thingy, understand that completely.
That's why I like to talk about the problems until sooner or later
we get a compromise and a solution.

But you know what, sometimes it gets really tiresome
when you have to explain EVERYTHING in DETAIL... EVERYTIME!

The worst part is when you find out that
what you want and what he wants are different.
Well now that I think of it, maybe what we want is the same
but he sure has a silly way of expressing it.

You haven't seen each other for a couple of weeks,
yet when you have the chance to do so... you find out he plans to go somewhere else.
The thing is, he's NOT doing anything on that somewhere else place.
He finally wants to change his plans when he finds out that you are upset.

Why do we have to get upset first?
Why can't he see what I want [which is seeing him - elaborated for you men out there, who needs to be elaborated until the very detail]?
And so because we got so upset first, of course we won't let him change his plan!
Because it's so obviouuuss.. he doesn't want the same thing as we want.
If he wanted the same thing, then he'll change the plan quickly before we get upset.
But noooo... we have to get upset first and then explain in extreme details why we are upset.

So.. why can men be so stupid?
Because women can be so stubborn!
